A family-run firm, R H Ball are the accountants of choice for customers who value top notch financial assistance but in a friendly and approachable manner. However, the firm’s old site did not convey this combination of strengths.

We began by spending time with Nigel Ball and his team, getting to know what makes them different, and then started with a clean sheet. We developed a design that conveyed the firm’s professional abilities whilst emphasising their personable, one-to-one manner, and all the elements of the site – from navigation though to a downloadable resources page – have been developed to work smoothly and intuitively. Naturally, it has been optimised to look great on any device.

We also made it easy to update the content by building ready-to-use templates in the CMS. Once access privileges were set, users were shown how to add content and within half an hour of training were confidently running the site.
